The Teleportation of Bessbrook

According to Google Maps, Bessbrook in Co. Armagh is a suburb of Crumlin, Co. Antrim.

Meanwhile, if you type 'Newry, Ireland' into Google Earth, it zooms in to some place in the back end of nowhere in County Wicklow, rather than the glorious Co. Down city we all know and love.

Next they'll be telling us that the Shankill Road has a junction with the Square in Crossmaglen...

I pointed out 6 months ago that Belfast City Hall was in the wrong place but Google Maps still haven't fixed it!

Postal address for Bessbrook is Co Down - and no finer county is there!!

Indeed Down is a fine county but a ridiculous oversight by the postal service doesn't mean Bessbrook is in it.

It is not an oversight - it is the postal address - Crossmaglen also has a postal address in Co Down I suppose it is because as the main Royal Mail centre is in the great city of Newry
